WHO WE ARE:
We are a LGBTQ+ friendly Los Angeles based streetwear and lifestyle brand. We launch bi-yearly collections featuring limited runs of locally made unisex apparel. The brand is looking for a multi-faceted person with strong graphic design skills and an interest in fashion.
JOB DUTIES:
Assist team members with daily tasks which include but are not limited to the following:
Assist with content creation and posting schedules.
Engage in community management on social media which would include answering DM's, commenting, or liking comments on behalf of the brand.
Assiting with inventory management by doing inventory checks.
Assist with art studio setup on an as needed basis and archiving of paintings for the founder and artist.
Use Adobe Creative Suite to help develop graphics and concepts for the primary collection.
Use Klaviyo to make and schedule email blast campaigns.
Upload products to Shopify and help with creating assets for long-term projects.
Assist with creative projects that might include screen printing, developing prints, conceptualizing content shoots, creating grids for Instagram, making TikTok videos, etc.
There is a lot of room to grow here and to craft your own job based on your interests. If you're the kind of person who enjoys juggling multiple short and long term projects and is eager to challenging yourself in new ways, then this could be the right job for you. We are a really small team and are looking for someone who is passionate about building brands and is looking for a company where they can be creative and innovative.
Employment is contingent upon successfully passing pre-employment background screening.
EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:
College degree
BFA in Apparel, Graphic Design, Photography, Film/Video, or Printmaking preferred
Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
COMPENSATION:
Compensation is dependent upon experience.
Salary range is $16-$24 per hour.
